1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r777o ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By visiting the r777o website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the r777o platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the r777o platform. • Your use of the r777o platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are not acting as an agent or intermediary for any other person when depositing, withdrawing, or wagering on the platform.

r777o will request documentary evidence of age and identity as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by r777o, or whose submitted documents do not confirm eligibility, will have their account suspended until the matter is resolved. Any winnings accumulated during a period where KYC verification is pending or outstanding may be withheld at r777o's discretion pending successful verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one r777o account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account on r777o, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly through your account settings or via the support team if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your r777o login credentials, including your username and password. r777o will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact r777o's support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be taken.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Deposits

Any suspected fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive financial activity — including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to move or obscure the origin of funds — will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

General Bonus Rules

Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on the r777o platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the r777o platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated mechanism to interact with the r777o platform in place of genuine human play.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the r777o platform software or its underlying technology.
• Accessing the r777o platform via a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool for the purpose of concealing your true location or identity.

r777o reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the r777o platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generation technology (for RNG games) or live dealing procedures (for live casino games). r777o is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and tamper-free gaming environment for all players.

Where an account is suspended or closed by r777o due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation.
